I am allowed to decline your commissions, trades, etc.

You are allowed to discuss prices with me especially if the oc is simple or overly detailed.

I highly recommend discussing commissions with me upfront. But it is not needed.

Payment can be done upfront, after the sketch or after the work is done. (if payment is done after the sketch and further, the art will have logo over it).

My work time is flexible if you feel neglected, feel free to DM me and ask for an update. If you ask for a certain date, I will try to finish it till then.

Usage of my art for AI/NFTs or feeding it to AI. Is not allowed. I will take legal action if I see ai generator copying my style.

Using my art as a base is not allowed! Nor Drawing over it. For commissioners: if you change your OC, you can ask me to change the details so it can stay in full quality.

DON'T DELETE MY WATERMARK and link the art always back to me! (add link for my socials or user even plain Urtaxiss will do) If you see my art without credit in the wild please inform me about it.
